This Privacy Policy explains how ThinkMBA (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Decision Lab assessment at decision-lab.think-mba.com (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect
As you progress through the Decision Lab assessment, we save your answers automatically after each module — even if you do not complete the full assessment or choose not to send yourself a report by email. This lets you (and us) pick up an in-progress session, and helps us understand where users drop off so we can improve the tool.

The information we collect includes:

• Contact information: your first name and, if provided, your email address
• Career profile: job title, industry, years of experience, location/region, salary range, and career goals
• Assessment responses: your answers across all diagnostic modules, including ratings on AI exposure, AI literacy, education background, education paths under consideration, budget, timeline, and skills self-assessments
• Generated results: the scores and recommendations produced from your answers (e.g., AI vulnerability score, MBA ROI probability, pathway recommendation)
• Session/progress data: which modules you completed, and a session identifier used to associate your answers together

We may also automatically collect limited technical information (such as general usage and page interaction data) to understand how the tool is used and to improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:

• Generate your personalized report and recommendations
• Send you the report and related content by email, if you choose to provide it
• Send our weekly MBA Insider briefing, if you opt in
• Understand aggregate trends (e.g., common career goals, skills gaps, or where users leave the assessment) to improve the Service — including from sessions that are never completed or never result in an emailed report
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Service

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Regardless of where you are located, we process your information based on:

• Consent — for sending you the report, marketing emails, and related communications
• Legitimate interests — for improving the Service and understanding aggregate usage patterns, including analyzing where users drop off during the assessment

You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

4. How We Share Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., email delivery, data storage, analytics providers), under obligations to protect your information
• Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights

We retain your assessment responses and contact information for as long as needed to provide the Service and related communications, or until you request deletion (see Section 7).

6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Withdraw consent or unsubscribe from emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
